A form works with text but fails, times out or silently drops larger attachments. Browser, reverse proxy, application and mail-provider size limits may disagree, while emailing attachments adds another fragile step.
The inbox fills with automated submissions, yet aggressive CAPTCHA risks frustrating genuine visitors. Bots exploit predictable public endpoints, and one control rarely separates every automated request from a person.
Desktop visitors can submit, while phone users cannot tap controls, pass validation or see the result. Viewport layout, keyboard types, overlays, focus movement and mobile network timing can break a technically valid form.

Orders or enquiries appear immediately, but their confirmation messages arrive much later. Queue backlogs, provider throttling, DNS reputation, retries and greylisting can delay an otherwise valid message.
Visitors see a success message, but the business inbox never receives the enquiry. The form may store data correctly while PHP mail, SMTP authentication, DNS alignment or recipient filtering fails later.
Users request a reset, receive a neutral confirmation, but cannot find the message. The application may intentionally hide account existence while queuing, transport, authentication or filtering fails.
