Acceptance of these terms
By creating a SoftNSM account, accessing the website, submitting a service request, purchasing or using a service, or otherwise using SoftNSM systems, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and every policy that applies to the account, product, project or service you use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the affected service.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally capable of entering the applicable agreement or be authorised to act for the person or organisation represented. Registration, billing, contact and project information must be accurate and kept reasonably current. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, affiliation or identity.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting credentials, recovery methods and devices used to access your account. Do not share access except with an authorised person who is also bound by the applicable terms. Notify SoftNSM promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Activity performed through an account may be treated as authorised until SoftNSM receives and can reasonably act on notice of compromise.
Acceptable conduct
You must use SoftNSM accounts and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not use them for fraud, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, malware, phishing, spam, infringement, unauthorised access, service disruption, deceptive identity, unlawful content or attempts to bypass security or usage restrictions.
Service-specific policies
Use of a particular service is also governed by the policies relevant to it, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Monthly Payment Policy, Project Delivery & Inactivity Policy, and Managed Hosting & Acceptable Use Policy. A confirmed quotation, proposal, statement of work or service order may add engagement-specific requirements.
Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for material you submit and confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for SoftNSM to use it in delivering the requested service. SoftNSM names, branding, website content, systems and pre-existing materials may not be copied, misrepresented or exploited except with permission or as allowed by law.
Restriction and termination
SoftNSM may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, personnel, services or legal rights; address non-payment or breach; or comply with law or provider requirements. Where practicable and safe, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided.
Changes and continued use
These terms and linked policies may be updated to reflect service, security, operational or legal changes. The current published version applies from its stated effective date. Where a material change requires renewed consent, SoftNSM may request it before continued account or service use.
Law and contact
These Terms of Use are governed by Bangladesh law, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or notices should be sent through SoftNSM's published contact channels.
