Eligibility and schedule
Monthly payment applies only when confirmed in writing. The documented minimum down payment is BDT 15,000; projects above BDT 100,000 ordinarily require 20% down. The standard installment is BDT 3,500 monthly unless the quotation states otherwise.
Late payment
If payment remains overdue after notice, SoftNSM may pause work, support, deployment or access dependent on that service. Pausing does not remove the balance or automatically extend third-party renewals.
Cancellation and ownership
Amounts applied to delivered work, reserved capacity and committed costs are non-refundable, subject to mandatory law. Ownership of financed custom deliverables transfers after the full agreed price is paid.
Restarting work
A delayed engagement may require a revised schedule, updated quotation or reasonable reactivation charge because the original production slot cannot be guaranteed.
