Managed access
Unless expressly included in a plan or signed order, SoftNSM hosting is managed. hPanel, cPanel, root, reseller, infrastructure-owner and master-account credentials are not automatically included and need not be shared. This protects other customers, provider contracts and platform security.
Support
SoftNSM will provide reasonable hosting administration and support for an active paid service within its plan, including ordinary deployment, configuration and troubleshooting. Out-of-plan work, application defects, migrations and emergency recovery may be quoted separately.
Continuity
SoftNSM will not terminate an active paid hosting service without cause. Suspension or termination may be necessary for non-payment, unlawful or abusive use, a serious security threat, a provider or lawful-authority requirement, or material breach. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided where practicable and safe.
Acceptable use
Hosting must not be used for malware, phishing, fraud, attacks, unauthorised access, illegal content, infringement, spam or resource abuse. SoftNSM may isolate affected resources to protect systems and users.
Availability, backups and renewal
Networks and upstream infrastructure are outside SoftNSM's exclusive control; no uninterrupted-service promise applies without an express SLA. Backups are limited to the plan and clients should retain independent copies. Renewal must be paid before its deadline; expired services and data remain subject to provider retention rules.
